Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.
1. Prices should be indicated on DDP terms (delivery to the consignee's warehouse is included in the price of the Goods);
2. The product must be new, original factory design, with certificates of quality and origin of the manufacturer;
3. It is necessary to attach:
- an official commercial offer signed by the manager indicating the contacts of the responsible manager, as well as a full description and characteristics of the proposed shopping centers (the offer is valid for at least 30 calendar days);
- a package of documents confirming the status of the supplier (partner / distributor / dealer / reseller);
- completed Commercial Proposal template (Required to be completed.xls);
- company card with details (including in editable form);
- financial statements for the last period;
5. Requirements of the contract (contract) – work on the form of the buyer;
6. The package should ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage, a marking label in the form of the Buyer should be pasted on each place.
For Bidders who cannot / do not want to participate in the procedure on the site, but send suggestions to the mail - it is mandatory:
- send the entire required package of documents and the completed file .xls;
- send Commercial Proposals with a MINIMUM price (rebidding within the framework of the site is carried out in automatic mode, it will not be sent manually by mail).
This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
