Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Term of payment for goods is no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt by the buyer of the product. Proposals containing a respite over 30 days, are valued at the maximum possible date of 30 days.
Delivery terms:1. To supply products that are accepted compulsory certification or declaration of conformity in accordance with the applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. Provision of certificate/Declaration of conformity or an exemption letter for products not subject to certification, the date of delivery of the goods to the warehouse. 2. Production date not earlier than 1 (one) year-to-date deliveries. New products not previously used, is not permitted delivery of showpieces; 3. The warranty period for products not less than 12 months from the date of putting into operation. 4. Provision of passports, manuals in Russian, the warranty card at the time of delivery of the products to the customer's warehouse. 5. The requested delivery time-up to 15 the number of specified delivery period with the right early delivery as agreed with the customer. 6Kolichestvo delivered products may be adjusted by the customer depending on production needs.
