Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
100% payment after receipt of the goods at the buyer's warehouse within 30 banking days. Payment for the goods can be carried out by transferring bills to the Supplier. Prices must be specified taking into account transport costs to the buyer's warehouse.

In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
