3. Warranty periods for goods and materials must be valid at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials by the customer, or from the date of commissioning of goods and materials (one of the options is required).

1. Applications are accepted on the form of the commercial offer to the purchase documentation, with obligatory filling of all count

2. The application of certificates and documents confirming, the attitude to the products (dealer, free seller, etc.) is obligatory.

3. Agreement of the form of the framework agreement attached to the procurement documentation, without any disagreements is obligatory.

4. Please note that this request is not a notice of the contest (public Tender) or public offer and is not regulated by art. 447 – 449 Ch. 1 of the Russian civil code, art. 1057 – 1061 Ch. 2 of the Russian civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature.
