Payment by the Buyer of the cost of products to the Supplier is made upon delivery of all products on the basis of the invoice (or UPD) received by the Buyer:
I. within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date the Consignee signs the receipt of the receipt of the order after receiving the Products of good quality and in the proper completeness (for the winner / sole participant who is not a subject of the SME).
II. within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date the Consignee signs the receipt of the receipt order after receiving the Products of the proper quality and in the proper completeness (for the winner / sole participant being a subject of SMEs).
The proposal should uniquely determine the price of a unit of production; the total price of the contract on the conditions specified in the request; validity period of the proposed price, additional costs (installation supervision, installation supervision, etc.); calculation of the offer price according to the sample form of the table sent in the request with the appendix (if necessary) of the transcripts for individual costs in order to prevent intentional overstatement or underestimation of product prices, etc.
TCH must expire no earlier than July 1, 2020.
Delivery Requirements: the supplied Products must be new, not used (used). The Supplier guarantees the quality and reliability of the supplied Products.
