Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1.100% payment upon shipment within 15 banking days. 2. 100% payment upon delivery of goods and materials to the buyer's warehouse within 15 business days.
Delivery terms:1. The price shall be specified on condition that the Buyer picks up the products from the Supplier's warehouse, the location of the shipment warehouse shall be specified.

2. For each cargo place with goods and materials a packing list must be attached with goods and materials and with the indication of quantity. (Compulsory condition)

3. Warranty periods for goods and materials shall start at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials by the customer, or from the date of commissioning the goods and materials (one of the options is required).

Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants. Proposals shall be sent in e-document form signed by electronic signature.
