Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Payment terms:Payment is made within 60 calendar days after the end of the month in which the delivery was made.
Delivery terms:Transportation costs are included in the cost of products on the terms of the DDP delivery basis - Kogalym, the base of the BPO of LUKOIL-AIK LLC 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway (Diagram attached) or to the TC terminal in Kogalym.

Comments:
Providing product information in the offer fields is a PREREQUISITE. The link that the information about the parameters of the product is specified in the TCP is not accepted. Failure to comply with the requirements is the basis for rejecting the submitted proposal.

Prices are provided without VAT, taking into account transportation costs.

This request for proposals procedure is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
