The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:1. Mobilization of the necessary equipment and trailers in the amount necessary to carry out the work on time according to the schedule
of work;
2. Carrying out a topographic survey of the existing foundation at the construction site and coordinating it with the technical supervision of the Customer's service;
3. Excavation by excavator with loading into dump trucks and transportation on the territory of the construction site in volume – 487719 m3;
4. Loading and transportation on the site to the place of laying previously excavated soil in volume – 345151 m3;
5. Delivery of the missing soil to the place of work in volume – 142568
m3;
6. Distribution of transported soil by a bulldozer with compaction
by a vibrating roller in layers no more than 400 mm thick. The volume of the distributed and compacted soil is specified in paragraphs 4, 5.
7. Conducting laboratory tests when compacting each layer at the rate of 1 test per 300 m2
in volume (1137 tests);
8. When compacting ground bases, it is necessary to ensure the compaction coefficient in accordance with the requirements of SP 22.133330.2016, SP 45.13330.2017
Special requirements
1. The volumes in section 7 are indicative, acceptance and closing of the volumes of work performed will be carried out on the basis of the fulfillment of paragraph 2 of Section 7. Payment for the work performed will be made upon the fact of the work performed after the provision of a complete set of executive documentation and its verification by the technical supervision of the customer;
2. To control the performance of work during the import of inert materials, it is necessary to install weights and conduct input control of the volume of the imported grant.
3. When importing soil (sand), it is necessary to provide certificates
4. In case of detection in the course of work of soil not suitable for further processing and laying in the mound, it is necessary to develop and coordinate in advance the PPR for its disposal and replacement, where a separate paragraph prescribes the implementation of commission and laboratory quality control of unsuitable soil. The PPR must be agreed with
the customer before the start of the work;
5. The quality of the embankment should ensure the absence of subsidence of the base by more than 2 mm.

SNiP, GOST, PUE 7, POTEE, etc.), valid on the territory of the Russian Federation,
working documentation and this Technical Task;

and sent to the Customer for consideration;
3. The materials, equipment, tools used must
comply with GOST, technical specifications applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation, have the necessary certificates and permits.
