Delivery terms:The scope and list of works includes, but is not limited to, the composition
listed below. The work is carried out by the Contractor in
full, "turnkey", by the Contractor's forces, means and mechanisms,
including all necessary consumables and related
expenses.
1. Mobilization of the necessary equipment and trailers in the amount
necessary to carry out the work on time according to the schedule
of work;
2. Carrying out a topographic survey of the existing foundation
at the construction site and coordinating it with the technical
supervision of the Customer's service;
3. Carrying out stamp tests with a static stamp
with a diameter of 762mm, according to the requirements of ODM 218.5.007- 2016 for
driveways, parking, loading/unloading areas of large-tonnage
transport; according to the requirements of ODM 218.5.007- 2016, GOST
20276.1-2020 under the spot of the building, in the area of floors;
4. Excavation by excavator with loading into dump trucks and
transportation on the territory of the construction site
5. Loading and transportation on the site to the place of laying previously excavated
soil;
6. Delivery of the missing suitable for laying and compaction to
the required parameters of the soil (sand) to the place of work;
7. Distribution of transported soil by a bulldozer with
compaction by soil vibratory rollers in layers
no more than 300 mm thick;
8. Laboratory tests, dynamic
density meter ZORN (operational control), seals
each layer, at the rate of 1 test per 300 m2

9. Earthworks include all necessary measures -
purchase, delivery, provision of input quality control
of materials, laying, compaction, layer-by-layer tests,
technical and geodetic support, step-by-step
approval, preparation of executive documentation, delivery
of works to the technical supervision of the Customer and all necessary work

on the preparation of the foundation, according to the approved RD, PPR,
Technical specifications of the Customer and Customer requirements.
11. Demobilization of the contractor and equipment.
According to the Customer's decision, part or the full volume of materials
listed in the Statement of Work Volumes can be
supplied by the Customer as a tolling material.
The obligation, in this case, for entrance control, acceptance,
unloading, moving to the place of work,
completeness, protection and safety of material and property, etc
., remains with the Contractor.

Requirements for
carrying out and
acceptance of works
1. Payment for the work performed will be made upon the fact
of the work performed after the provision of a complete set
of executive documentation and its verification by technical supervision
Customer;
2. When importing suitable soil (sand)
, certificates must be provided.
3. Before the start of the work, coordinate the PPR and a detailed
schedule of work with the Customer. In the PPR, specify the number
of passes of sealing machines.
4. Before the start of work, perform a verification geodetic survey
the existing foundation and its coordination with technical supervision
The customer.
5. Perform an analysis and verification of the balance of earth masses in the working
documentation.
7. In case of detection in the course of work of soil not suitable for
further processing, laying in an embankment and compaction to
the required parameters, it is necessary in advance, before the start of such work,
notify and coordinate with the Customer the PPR for its disposal / or
replacement and / or strengthening / stabilization, where a separate item
prescribes the implementation of commission and laboratory control
the qualities of unsuitable soil.
9.In order to control the volume of excavation or backfill soil, it is necessary
to perform and confirm a geodetic survey and
a mass balance scheme with the geodetic service and technical supervision of the Customer BEFORE
the start of any excavation work and AFTER the completion of each stage
of such work.
10. Before the start of work, perform experimental compaction of soils in
laboratory and field conditions according to GOST 22733, perform
test sections of compaction.
As a result of the experimental compaction, the following should be established:
a. maximum densities of compacted soils.
b. optimal humidity at which maximum
compaction densities are achieved.
c. permissible ranges of humidity changes of the compacted soil.
13. Dumping of soil on the frozen layer and the base is not
allowed.
14. The embankment is made with layer-by-layer compaction by ground
rollers with vibration. The thickness of one poured layer of the embankment is not
more than 0.30 m
. 15. The degree of compaction of each layer of the base (operational
control) should be taken at the rate of at least 1 test for every 300 m2
of area using a dynamic density meter of the "ZORN" type, up
to the maximum density. Tests should be carried out according to TP-BF-StB
Part B8.3., by the Contractor's laboratory, for all tests
a representative of the Customer's technical supervision is invited.
16. The design mark of the top of the embankment, must be tested
static stamp, diameter 762mm, according to the requirements
ODM 218.5.007- 2016 for driveways, parking areas
, loading/unloading areas of large-capacity vehicles; according
to the requirements of ODM 218.5.007- 2016 and GOST 20276.1-2020 stamp
with an area of 5000 cm2 under the spot of the building, in the floor area. Trials
conducted by the Contractor's laboratory, for all tests
a representative of the Customer's technical supervision is invited.
The test program should contain separate
test requirements for the driveway areas and for the floor area.
The test program should be agreed with the Customer.
16.1. Requirements for tests and test results of the top
of the embankment - under the spot of the building, in the floor area:
Static stamp tests should be carried out on 9000 m2 - at least 3
tests according to ODM 218.5.007- 2016, and at least 1 test according to
GOST 20276.1-2020. The mechanical characteristics of the embankment must
correspond to the parameters: EV1 not less than those specified in the RD;
EV2 / EV1 ratio ≤ 2.5;
16.2. Requirements for tests and test results of the top
of the embankment of driveways, parking, loading/unloading areas
of large-tonnage transport:
Static stamp tests according to ODM 218.5.007- 2016,
conduct at least 1 test per 2000 m2. The mechanical
characteristics of the embankment must correspond to the parameters:
EV2 is not less than those specified in the RD; The ratio EV2 / EV1 ≤ 2.5;
Requirements for the evenness of the top of the embankment mark +/- 30mm.
17. At the request of the Customer, after cutting the base into the mark (in
the cutting zone) and opening the mainland soil, the Contractor undertakes
to prepare the base and perform tests of the opened IGE
with a static stamp, according to the requirements of paragraphs 16.1, 16.2.
The Customer will determine the test points additionally.
Special
requirements
1. All work is done "turnkey" with materials and forces
Contractor. The cost of work includes temporary lighting,
wheel washing point and its maintenance, accommodation and meals for staff,
installation of temporary roads, networks and structures, sanitary
facilities and their maintenance, installation of temporary fences,
scaffolding, ladders, struts and temporary fixing of walls
ditches and trenches, maintenance and maintenance of the site
of work and approaches to it, and other measures
necessary for the safe production of work;
consumables, travel expenses, personal
protective equipment for safety, snow cleaning, collection, removal and
disposal of garbage, the safety of materials, equipment and
property, obtaining and developing the necessary related
documents for the production of works and other costs necessary
for the successful completion of the work within the time limits set by the contract and
with the quality corresponding to the requirements of the Customer, the present
Terms of Reference and Working Documentation.
2. When building an object, follow the RD-11-02-2006
regarding the composition and list of acts of inspection of works and
structures, phased delivery of works and sets of Executive
documentation to the representative of the technical supervision of the Customer.
3. Ensure daily cleanliness at the construction site and
the surrounding area. After completion of the work, it is necessary
to clean the territory and remove garbage.
4. Any changes in the composition and content of the work,
the equipment and materials used are
documented in writing and sent to the Customer for
consideration.
5. Payment for the work performed is made for
the amount of work actually performed, on the basis of executive
documentation, with confirmation by technical supervision and
a surveyor of the Customer. The volumes of work and materials performed
are closed "in the body", i.e. taking into account the coefficients of compaction,
decompression, losses during transportation, laying, etc. are not
taken into account and should be taken into account in the cost of work and materials.
6. The Contractor undertakes to prepare and send to the Customer
a daily report, according to the Customer's form, on the work performed.
7. The contractor, before signing the contract, went to the site,
I got acquainted "in the field" with all the conditions of work –
entrances, places of storage of materials, etc., examined
the place of work, relief and all the conditions for
the production of work. The results of the inspection of
the work site and local conditions are reflected in the volume and cost of work
