The Organizer reserves the right to extend the term of the procedure and (or) change the date of consideration of the proposals of the Participants, summarize the request, accept or reject any offer, as well as terminate the request for proposals. In this case, the Organizer does not bear any responsibility to the Participants to whom such an action may cause losses.
