It is possible to submit alternative proposals for several analogue models that meet the requirements of the TOR.
Payment terms - a mandatory postponement of 60 calendar days from the date of delivery / provision of the service.
Price fixing without reference to volume. Adjustment of the volume of demand +/- 30% is possible.
Attach to the application for participation a fully completed TCH in accordance with the TOR (IMPORTANT! Without technical specifications, the proposal is not considered).
Willingness of the spacecraft to provide the proposed equipment within one week for testing (if it was not provided earlier).
CA's consent to sign a standard contract form (in the attachment) and to work through EDI / EDI (instructions are attached).

The selection will be made between Lot 1 and Lot 2, Lot 3 and Lot 4.
Delivery address according to the address program (file attached).
IMPORTANT! Equipment that has been successfully tested at the customer's site is allowed for purchase.
In parallel with the competition, devices are being tested, therefore, when choosing a winner, all proposals that will be successfully tested in fact (at the time of making a decision) will be taken into account.

Only one legal entity can take part in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
