Comments:
Comments on the request for proposals on B2B:

1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade Procurement System "B2V-Cordiant" on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and has the rights of the Participant Systems.

2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, and all discounts offered by the supplier.

3) The organizer of the tender has the right to refuse to conduct the tender procedure at any time, without giving any reasons, without incurring any responsibility to the participants. The tender is not tendered in accordance with articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation

4) If the supplier takes part in the bidding, it means that he agrees in the event of its announcement as the winner to conclude a supply contract on the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreement and make delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.

5) BE SURE TO ATTACH A COMMERCIAL OFFER (hereinafter "KP") DURING THE MAIN STAGE AND RESIGNMENTS indicating the terms of delivery and payment terms, and the Certificate (representative, partner...), application for participation without attached commercial offers is not considered.

The vendor's offer must contain information as requested, the seal of the organization and the signature of the authorized person

6) Prices must correspond to the currency announced at the auction, in other cases commercial offers are not considered.

Deferment of payment not less than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Consignee's warehouse.

7) The "comparative table of participants' applications" when placing an application must be completed in full, in accordance with the required boxes, without reference to the CP (e.g., "see para. KP")
- Delivery time should be specified in the comparative table and the CP in calendar days.
- The basis of delivery should indicate: either "Fuel and energy warehouse in Omsk" or "Consignee's warehouse in Omsk".

8) In cases where the counterparty is not the manufacturer of the TMC, while it is unable to provide documents (the status must be confirmed by an official letter (certificate) of the manufacturer of the TMC or information on the status of the supplier must be present on the manufacturer's website), its offer for the delivery of the TMC shall be considered in case of consent of the counterparty to include the following clause in the contract:
"In case of delivery of non-original goods (goods of another manufacturer), the Supplier shall pay the Buyer a penalty in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) of the amount of the goods delivered and replaces the goods with original".
