Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments: Commercial proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
1) Cost of goods and materials with VAT, including delivery to the buyer's warehouse, including packaging. Commercial proposal shall specify the final total. The cost shall be ultimate, fixed and shall include all the additional expenses (packaging, labeling, etc.).
2) Terms of payment (preference will be given to tenderers who have proposed a non-admission payment system and a maximum deferred payment).
3) The cost of delivery to the warehouse with VAT;
4) Supplier’s relation to the products (free seller, dealer, representative, manufacturer, etc.). Be sure to upload dealer’s or representative’s certificate.

5) Time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse.
6) Transportation method.
7) Warranty for the supplied products. Specify the warranty period as well as the date from which it starts (from the date of shipment from the factory, the date of shipment from the Supplier’s warehouse, the date of supply to the buyer's warehouse, the date of commissioning).
8) Period for product replacement under warranty.
9) Experience with deliveries of this product on the market (attach a reference list)
10) Estimated volume and weight (for the entire volume).
11) Consent to the contract.
12) Availability of stock in warehouses.
13) The supplied products shall be new, unused, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of Technical and Commercial Proposal;
14) Certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality, a safety data sheet, a certificate for containers must be attached to the commercial proposal.
