Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment shall be made in the following order: first payment in the amount of 30% of the total price of the equipment shall be transferred to the Supplier's settlement account within 5 (five) banking days after signing of the agreement and receipt of the corresponding bill from the supplier. The second payment in the amount of 70% of the total price of the equipment shall be made within 10 (ten) banking days after the equipment has been delivered to the Buyer's warehouse, the delivery and acceptance certificates have been signed and the bill from the supplier has been received. The third payment in the amount of 100% of the total price of supervised installation works, commissioning works and primary certification shall be made within 10 (ten) banking days after execution of supervised installation works, commissioning works, primary certification, the buyer's personnel training, putting the equipment into operation and signing of the bilateral statement of performed commissioning works on the basis of the Supplier's bill.

Delivery term: not exceeding 150 calendar days after the advance payment has been received to the settlement account. Supply location, place of rendering works and provision of services: Russian Federation, Kaluga Region, Kozelsky District, Sosensky, Perviy Zavodskoy Proezd 1.
