Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:the payment is made by the buyer subject to the receipt from the supplier duly executed in the name of the buyer for payment of the account. The buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the value of the goods (works and services) within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of delivery of the goods (execution of works, rendering services) and signed certificate of transfer (Act implementation services) or other document confirming delivery (implementation services).

Party procedure "request for proposals", the recognized winner shall within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals to open a current account in JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (AO) for the purposes of payment under the contract in respect of which a request for proposals was held

Please note, that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Party purchases to attach a commercial offer with the signature of the responsible person and on company letterhead, passport and certificate of compliance of quality, contract official dealer, a signed copy of form and constituent documents ( the list of necessary documents specified in annex No. 3).

Offer filed through the ELECTRONIC functionality must match the price in the offer.
