Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

IMPORTANT! Buyer has the right to unilaterally less/increase the amount of Equipment within 30% (both upwards and decreases). However, the remaining terms of delivery, including terms on price and deferred payment, remain unchanged

Procurement is allowed for equipment that has been tested successfully in the customer's territory
In parallel with the competition, the devices are tested, so the selection of the winner will take into account all proposals that are successfully tested (at the time of decision)

The purchase participant may repeatedly improve their price offers until after the application ends.

Only one legal entity may participate in a competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is seen as restricting competition and is grounds for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.
