Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1) 100% post payment within 10 banking days from the date of receipt of the goods at the buyer's warehouse.
2) advance payment of not more than 25% of the consignment value upon signing the specification. The final payment of 75% within 10 business days upon delivery of products to the Buyer's warehouse, without complaints.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse. The price shall include the cost of delivery to the buyer warehouse at the specified address.

) Original factory production spare parts.
2) Be sure to upload the following documents: Commercial proposal, a certificate confirming Supplier's relation to the supplied products. Certificate for the supplied products.
3) Supplied products shall be new, not previously used.
4) The products must be accompanied with: product quality certificate/passport.
5) Criteria for selection of the best offer: quality of products, shortest possible delivery time, price, terms of payment, operational experience;
6) This procedure of request for proposals is not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code;
7) This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
8) Before shipment it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see example of filling in the procurement documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send a copy to the Customer by e-mail.
9) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to the regions of the extreme north and similar areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
