Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Preferred payment terms: within 80 (eighty) calendar days after the Parties have signed the Act on the acceptance of work performed (form No. KS-2) (for design and survey work, only the Certificate of acceptance of work performed) and a Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs ( form No. KS-3) in the presence of the corresponding invoice of the Contractor. The warranty deductions are paid by the Customer in full to the Contractor within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the moment the Facility was put into operation, the Facility was handed over to the acceptance committee and the Parties signed the Final Acceptance Certificate of the work performed.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the requirements of the Customer's Terms of Reference.
