Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Buyer, subject to receipt from the Supplier of an invoice for payment duly issued in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of works, rendering of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate (Certificate of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
Settlements under the agreement are carried out using the settlement accounts opened by the Parties in JSCB Lanta-Bank (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the Participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner, is obliged, within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, to open a current account with JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for the purpose of making payments under the agreement, in relation to the conclusion of which was the request for proposals.
