2. Basis for performing work:
2.1. Objective: Increase the productivity of the automatic line. Reduction of wear of the measuring complex for determining the geometric parameters of the nipples of the graphite electrodes LaserEyeProf (hereinafter LaserEyeProf).
3. Requirement for line rack software revision:
3.1.1. Add to the "Task" menu a line with the choice of the measurement step (measure every 1st, 2nd, 3rd, ..., 100th). When choosing the required ratio, measurements should be made with the selected ratio for both machines (first, the nipple is measured from machine No. 1, then from machine No. 2).
3.1.2. Add a line with the ability to change the multiplicity of the step in the line mode (at any time the line is working) in the "Geometry measurement" located in the "Line state" tab.
3.1.3. Provide the possibility of working with one of the machines.
3.2.1. In the "line state" menu, add a section to track the p-relocations of the workpiece in the line by equipment (example in Appendix 1).
3.2.2. The screen should display the data for each workpiece in line (band saw, feed conveyor):
- Coke grade;
- Batch number;
- CHE furnace number;
- CGE section number;
- Quality department number;
- Number of impregnations
(values of numbers from 0 to 100)
3.2.3. It should be possible to:
- Correct workpiece data during line operation
- Add several packs of blanks on the loading table of the band saw, indicating their number and blank data (example in Appendix 2).
- Change the number and data of packs of blanks on the loading table of the band saw (example in Appendix 2).
- Change / add / delete workpiece data in the working area of the band saw (example in Appendix 2).
- Change \ add \ delete quantity and data of workpieces on the feeding conveyor (example in Appendix 1).
3.2.4. Consider protection against accidental data changes.
3.2.5. Add the ability to enter these nipples on the outlet conveyor.
4. Scope of work performed:
4.1. The contractor carries out software updates and commissioning works at the customer's site or via remote access.
5. Terms of work.
5.1. The terms of the work and the procedure for payment are agreed by the Contractor with the Customer.
6. Procedure for control and acceptance:
6.1. For testing (checking the completed program), the operating instructions for the RNTs must be developed / adjusted, agreed with the Customer
7. Requirements for the performer:
7.1. Service and technical support for the available types of communication.
7.2. Warranty obligations.
7.3. Commissioning is carried out by the supplier with the registration of the act.
7.4. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work.
7.5. The contractor in his commercial proposal indicates the main technical solutions, equipment, cost, procedure and terms of payment, manufacture, delivery, installation and commissioning.
