Payment terms:Postponement of payment 30 calendar days after delivery of goods and signing of waybills/UPD
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out according to bids, delivery by and at the expense of the Supplier, packaging d/ be complete, without damage, unloading of goods by the Buyer; delivery time from the moment the order is placed is not more than two days;
Prices are fixed for 6-12 months. in rubles with VAT, with the possibility of changes by agreement of the parties;
Notification of price changes shall be sent 14 calendar days before the date of entry into force of the new conditions with a mandatory Appendix to the new Specification.
