Comments:
Participants have the right to make several alternative offers for several product variants that meet the Customer's requirements. For example, for products of various trademarks.

Participants can submit proposals for complex delivery to Domodedovo airport and Tolmachevo airport.
Or for delivery only to Tolmachevo airport.
Offers for delivery only to Domodedovo airport are NOT CONSIDERED.

According to the results of the Procurement procedure, several Winners (Suppliers) can be announced, separately for each type of product and divided by location.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:Обязательно требуется приложить скан-копию Анкеты-предложения с подписью и печатью. Участник должен иметь возможность предоставить образцы продукции по запросу Заказчика.
При подаче предложений необходимо заполнить все "Дополнительные поля предложений".
Если в предложении будет несколько видов продукции, то необходимо подать отдельные предложения по каждому с помощью функции подачи альтернативных предложений, в противном случае Заказчик оставляет за собой право оставить предложение без рассмотрения.
Анкета-предложение может быть одна для всех видов продукции, но таблица с описанием (раздел №2 Анкеты) должна быть заполнена по каждому виду в отдельности.

В случае возникновения вопросов по закупочной документации, просьба для получения пояснений пользоваться функционалом "Запрос разъяснений" на ЭТП.
