Comments:
The procurement procedure is carried out in two stages:
1st stage "Preliminary qualification"
As part of the first stage, Participants must submit a completed Application Form (Appendix No. 2), provide product samples, as well as information about the products offered, the company and the experience of implementing similar projects in the format of a presentation or letter.
Based on the results of this prequalification, it is planned to select several suppliers that meet the requirements of S7 Airlines, as part of the selection, meetings can be held with applicants who have submitted the best offers.
Important:
A company that did not participate in the first stage cannot be admitted to the second stage. A company that took part in the first stage, but did not submit an offer in the second stage without valid reasons for refusing to participate, will be disqualified and will not be allowed to participate in further procurement procedures of the Customer.

Participants have the right to make several alternative offers for several product variants that meet the Customer's requirements. For example, for products of various trademarks.

Participants can submit proposals for complex delivery to Domodedovo airport and Tolmachevo airport
Offers for delivery only to Domodedovo airport or only to Tolmachevo airport are NOT CONSIDERED.

According to the results of the Procurement procedure, several Winners (Suppliers) can be announced, separately for each type of product and divided by location.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:Обязательно требуется приложить скан-копию Анкеты-предложения с подписью и печатью и образцы продукции.
При подаче предложений необходимо заполнить все "Дополнительные поля предложений".
Если в предложении будет несколько видов продукции, то необходимо подать отдельные предложения по каждому с помощью функции подачи альтернативных предложений, в противном случае Заказчик оставляет за собой право оставить предложение без рассмотрения.
Анкета-предложение может быть одна для всех видов продукции, но таблица с описанием (раздел №2 Анкеты) должна быть заполнена по каждому виду в отдельности.

В случае возникновения вопросов по закупочной документации, просьба для получения пояснений пользоваться функционалом "Запрос разъяснений" на ЭТП.
