Payment terms:Payment for completed works is made by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account with deferred payment within 30 calendar days, after signing the certificates of delivery and acceptance of completed works in form no. KS-2, certificates of the cost of completed works and costs in form no. KS-3, providing an invoice.

Delivery terms:It is possible to carry out works both on the territory of the Customer - Russia, Chuvash Republic, Novocheboksarsk, Promyshlennaya str., 101, PJSC "Himprom", and on the territory of the Contractor.

Comments:
1. The organization has its own material and technical base necessary for the performance of work.
2. The contractor undertakes to perform the work within the time limits specified in the contract.
3. Perform works and services in accordance with Federal standards and regulations in the field of industrial safety.
4. When performing works, the Contractor uses its consumables, devices, mechanisms, equipment and special equipment in agreement with the customer.
5. The contractor guarantees that the quality of the work performed meets the established
requirements.
6.The warranty period is at least 48 months from the date of acceptance of the work.
The bid for participation in the Call for Bidding must contain the following documents:
1. Questionnaire of the Call for Bidding Bidder (in the form of Appendix No. 1 to this Bid Notice).
2. A copy of the document confirming the authority of the person to act on behalf of the Call for Bidding Bidder, except for the cases of signing the bid:
- an individual entrepreneur, if an individual entrepreneur is a Bidder of such a Call for Bidding;
- a person indicated in the unified State Register of Legal Entities as a person entitled to act on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (hereinafter referred to as the manager in this part of the Bid Notice), if the Bidder of such Call for Bidding is a legal entity;
3. Technical and commercial proposal (in the form of Appendix No. 2 to this Bid Notice);
4. Reference on human resources (in the form of Appendix No. 3);
5. Certificate of material and technical resources (in the form of Appendix No. 4).
6. Certificate of experience in performing similar (comparable to the subject of the contract) works in the amount of at least 3 executed contracts in the last 5 years preceding the date of bidding for participation in this Call for Bidding. (in the form of Appendix No. 5 to this Bidden Notice). The Customer may request from the Call for Bidding Bidder the supporting documents (copies of executed contracts and copies of documents confirming the execution of contracts) specified in this certificate.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
