Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the cost of the order-work is made by the Customer upon receipt of the result of work on the basis of the Work Acceptance-Acceptance Act signed by the Parties (work form KS-2) with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of the work performed, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor to the Customer:
На Customer-closed work order;
ü signed by the Parties of the Acceptance Act of completed works (form KS-2);
ü signed by the Parties of the Certificate of the cost of the work performed (form COP-3);
ü the Estimate documentation signed by the parties;
When filling out forms KS-2 and KS-3, the Contractor shall fill in the following columns: "Name of Works", "Unit of Measurement", "Completed Works; Quantity" and "Completed Works; Cost, RUR" (based on the price for each type of work per 1 unit of measure - clause 3.1 of the Agreement)
Signed by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of the complete set of as-built documentation,
