Payment terms:
Payment of the cost of Work on the order is made by the Customer on the basis of the agreement signed by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of the Work order (form KS-2) with a delay of at least 60 calendar days and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing By the Parties of the Act of acceptance of completed works, provided the Contractor submitted a complete set of the following documents:

ü signed by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of executed works (Form KS-2);
ü signed by the Parties of the Certificate on the cost of work performed (form KS-3);
ü signed by the parties of the Estimate documentation;
When completing the forms of COP-2 and COP-3, the Contractor is required to fill in the following fields: "Work Name", "Unit of Measure", "Works Performed; Quantity "and" Completed works; Cost, rub. " (based on the price for each type of work for 1 unit.-P. 3.1-3.2 of the Agreement).
