4. Materials, mechanisms, equipment and tools provided by the Contractor.
4.1. Works are performed from the customer's material
4.2. Lifting mechanisms and mechanisms for loading and installation works are provided by the contractor.
4.3. Electric welding and gas-cutting equipment, power tools, oxygen, propane, auxiliary materials are provided by the contractor.
5. Requirements for the Contractor.
5.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
5.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, it is desirable that the representatives of the Contractor arrive at the Customer.
5.3. The contractor in his commercial offer indicates the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
5.4. Certification of the head, engineering technician and executors for industrial safety and labor protection at HIF. According to Appendix No. 1.
5.5. Provision of health and safety measures for safe work methods at the facility.
5.6. The Contractor is obliged to provide, before the start of work, copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in the contractor organization (order of appointment to a position in a contractor organization, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of services on labor protection.
5.7. The contractor provides a work schedule before starting work.
5.8. The contractor monitors the volume of the removed construction waste and scrap metal through the weighing station.
5.9. The contractor prepares and submits to the customer as-built documentation in accordance with RD-11-02-2006 Requirements for the composition and procedure for maintaining as-built documentation during construction, reconstruction, overhaul of capital construction facilities and requirements for certificates of inspection of works, structures, sections of engineering networks technical support.
5.10. The contractor provides a local estimate.
6. Conditions of work
6.1. Work at an operating enterprise in the provided technological windows, depending on the equipment load.
6.2. Development of PPR or PPRK is carried out by the Contractor.
6.3. Lifting mechanisms, rigging devices in accordance with PPR for installation are provided by the Contractor.
6.4. Vehicles for transporting materials to the object from warehouses, as well as scrap metal are provided by the Contractor
7. Turnaround time.
7.1. Commencement of work - September 2020.
7.2. Completion of work - November 2020
