5. Materials, mechanisms, equipment and tools provided by the Contractor.
5.1. Work is performed from customer’s material
5.2. Lifting mechanisms and mechanisms for loading and installation works are provided by the contractor.
5.3. Electric welding and gas cutting equipment, power tools, oxygen, propane, auxiliary materials are provided by the contractor.

6. Requirements for the Contractor.
6.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
6.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, it is desirable that the representatives of the Contractor arrive at the Customer.
6.3. The contractor in his proposal indicates the payment procedure and other conditions.
6.4. Certification of the head, engineering and industrial safety and labor protection performers at the public educational institution. According to Appendix No. 1.
6.5. Ensuring HSE measures with safe methods for performing work at the facility.
6.6. The contractor is obliged to provide copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or labor protection specialist in the contractor (order of appointment to the contractor, certificate of labor protection specialist) or an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of services labor protection.
6.7. The contractor before the start of work provides a schedule of work.
6.8. The contractor monitors the volume of exported construction waste and scrap metal by weight.
6.9. The Contractor draws up and submits to the customer the executive documentation in accordance with RD-11-02-2006. The requirements for the composition and procedure for maintaining executive documentation during the construction, reconstruction, overhaul of capital construction facilities and the requirements for certificates of survey of works, structures, sections of engineering networks technical support.
6.10. The contractor provides a local estimate.

7. Terms of work
7.1. Work at an existing enterprise in the technological windows provided, depending on the loading of equipment.
. 6.2 Development of PPR or PPRK is carried out by the Contractor.
6.3 Lifting mechanisms, lifting devices in accordance with PPR for installation are provided by the Contractor.
6.4. Vehicles for transportation of materials to the facility from warehouses, as well as scrap metal, are provided by the Contractor

8. Turnaround time.
8.1. Start of work - July2020
8.2. Completion of work - November 2020
