Essential conditions:
- delivery in the required volumes of parts, manufactured in accordance with the drawing, annexed to this technical assignment;
- equipment supplies to the city of Izhevsk at the request of the Customer;
- compliance with the delivery time not more than 45 calendar days;
- rush orders within 15 calendar days;
- payment terms - 60-90 days upon delivery;
- manufacturing of parts from 1 pc;
- price fixing for 2020
Delivery time required: rush order up to 15 calendar days (it is necessary to indicate the actual delivery time in the application). The usual delivery time is 45 calendar days.
Delivery basis: Consignee’s warehouse.
Delivery of goods in separate batches, according to the agreed application.
The need indicated in the lot based on previously submitted forecasts.
Analogs are not accepted for consideration.
Mandatory conditions: passport for each unit of parts, marking of parts, certificate for material, protocol of results of hardness control.
Proposals of providers fulfilling the following conditions are accepted for consideration:
1. All positions are filled by lot.
2. Delivery basis: Consignee's warehouse (Consignee addresses are indicated above)
3. The delivery price remains unchanged until 12/31/2020;
4. Delivery is carried out in batches in accordance with the agreed application between the Buyer and the Supplier.
5. The delivery time to the consignee is from 15 to 60 calendar days from the date of sending the official application by the Customer, in accordance with the terms specified in the appendix.
6. Payment for the delivered goods is carried out within 60, 90, or 120 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier.
7. In the submitted offer there is an agreement signed by the provider without disagreement.
The protocol of disagreements may be considered by the Customer, but at the same time, proposals drawn up without deviations from the established form have priority.
8. Transportation costs shall be included into the products price.
9. The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law. Customs payments are made by the Supplier at its own expense.
10. Upon delivery, the Supplier provides the following documents:
technical documentation necessary for the use of the Goods (passports for each unit of parts, material certificate, protocol of the results of hardness control.)
documents confirming the passage of all customs procedures; (if necessary)
11. All additional comments and suggestions The Offeror has the right to set forth in free form as part of a commercial offer (Clause 7 - Other material conditions)
All documentation is provided in Russian.
Technical requirements:
Details should be made according to the working drawings approved in the prescribed manner. Parts are made of certified materials, a copy of the certificate is presented with each batch of goods. Details must be numbered and have a passport. Heat-treated parts must have a protocol of hardness control results. Each batch of the supplied Goods must be packed in a package, ensuring the safety of goods from shock during transportation.
Terms of submitting an application for delivery:
Delivery is carried out within 45 days from the date of sending the application by the Buyer to the Supplier. In case of urgent application, delivery is carried out within 15 calendar days. The application is compiled on the basis of previously submitted forecasts. Forecast is not an obligation of the Buyer to buy, and the Supplier to deliver this item. The forecast is made in order to present the likely volumes of purchases by the Buyer, based on currently available information, with the aim of planning the production of the Supplier and fulfilling the delivery time.
Delivery basis:
The delivery of the goods is carried out by delivery of the goods by the supplier’s transport or the carrier involved by him to the station / destination, which / which is indicated in the corresponding Appendix to the Agreement. The date of delivery of the Goods shall be considered the date of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) at the destination station (at the destination) and the signing of the acceptance certificate of the Goods / Waybill by the Buyer (Consignee). The Supplier bears all costs of transporting the Goods to the station / destination. The buyer independently bears all expenses for unloading the Goods from the arrived vehicle.
The supplier undertakes:
- comply with the terms of the contract and its applications
- maintain a fixed price for the delivered goods throughout the duration of the contract;
- to provide access to the Supplier’s production facilities to the Buyer's expert group for conducting a technical audit;
- provide copies of certificates for the materials from which the parts are made.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form at the same time as they submit the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
