Payment terms:Payment for work performed and services rendered by the Customer is carried out within 63 (sixty three) calendar days, starting from the date of approval by the parties of acts on acceptance of work performed, issued invoices. For participants related to small and medium-sized businesses: payment for work performed and services rendered by the Customer is also carried out within 63 (sixty three) calendar days, starting from the date of approval by the parties of acts on acceptance of work performed, issued invoices.
Delivery terms:The estimated volume is calculated from the approximate need to purchase products from February to December 2020, inclusive. The number of units of purchased products may vary depending on production needs.
Delivery and execution of work will be carried out in stages, monthly, in approximately equal shares, based on customer requests.

Information for participants:

The maximum cost of work and services for 2020 is indicated in Appendix No. 1, the final cost will be determined by the proposals of applicants specified in Appendix No. 2 of this procedure.

The list given in appendices No. 2 and No. 3 is preliminary and the monthly need for work and services may vary depending on official need. The price is fixed for the whole of 2020. The requirements presented by the Customer are indicated in the technical specifications and must be observed in all respects. If the analogues offered by the participants do not fully coincide in technical specifications with the purchasing units presented in the terms of reference, the organizer of the bidding reserves the right NOT to CONSIDER the submitted proposal.

The participant who submitted the best offer on the price, commercial and technical part is obliged to provide samples for the technical examination BEFORE concluding a supply contract.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with submitting the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure, to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. It is MANDATORY to provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation.

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
