Comments: To participate in the Request for Proposals, the Bidder must prepare an electronic Bid.
The bid includes the following documents:
a. Offer (commercial offer) in the form and in accordance with the instructions given in the Documentation on the Request for Proposals (Section 8, Form No. 1).
b. Bidder questionnaire in the form and in accordance with the instructions given in the Documentation (Section 8, Form No. 2).
c. The draft Agreement drawn up in the form provided for in paragraph 3.1. The Bidder is obliged, when submitting an Bid, to express agreement with the terms of the draft Agreement: The Bidder must indicate the following text on each sheet of the draft Agreement: "[Bidder – full name of the Bidder] I have read and fully agree with the wording of the Agreement", the surname and initials of the authorized person of the Bidder should be indicated next to it, the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Bidder (if the Bidder has a seal). The Bidder must not fill in the preamble of the Agreement, the details of the Agreement, put signatures and a seal impression in the "SIGNATURES OF THE PARTIES" section.
d. Consent to the processing of personal data from the head of the Bidder, the Chief Accountant of the Bidder and the responsible person of the Bidder, in the form and in accordance with the instructions given in the Documentation (section 8, Form No.3).
e. Information about the court proceedings for the last 12 (twelve) months in which the Bidder is involved in the form and in accordance with the instructions given in the Documentation (Section 8, Form No. 4).
f. Documents confirming the Bidder's compliance with the established Documentation requirements. The list of documents is given in paragraph 5.2 of the Documentation.
g. For the convenience of data processing, in addition to the duly executed Bid in scanned form, the Bidder is obliged to post the Bidder's Questionnaire in electronic form.
If the Bidder does not have the technical ability to submit an Bid through the functionality of the E-Marketplace, the Organizer of the procedure has the right to accept an offer from such a Bidder to the e-mail address izh-b2b@izhstal.ru (Sending documents in any other way is not allowed). The organizer will independently upload this Bid to the E-Marketplace using the E-Marketplace functionality, subject to the following conditions:
a) the Bidder must be registered on the E-Marketplace on the terms of the Internet resource http://www.b2b-mechel.ru;
b) The bid must be received by e-mail no later than 4 hours before the deadline for accepting Bids for participation.
c) The amount of information in one letter should not exceed 32 MB.
