Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment for work carried out on the basis of the accounts of the contractor, within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of conclusion of the contract between the parties to the contract.
Date of payment is determined by the date of depositing funds to the account of the contractor.
Calculations are made by transfer of payment orders by the customer of non-cash monetary funds to the account of the contractor.
Cost includes:
- the value of the work performed by the contractor;
- the cost of materials, as well as the cost of operation of the equipment used to perform the work;
- the cost of transportation, packing, loading/unloading of materials/equipment the contractor to perform the work;
- payment of customs fees, duties and other payments made by the contractor in fulfilment of obligations under the present contract.
Delivery terms:5. Terms of execution of works: 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of payment by the customer of the cost of works.
Execution of works is performed at the location of equipment at: 390013, Ryazan, UL. High-voltage, d. 6.
On the fact of fulfilled works Contractor passes to the customer with the following documents:
- The Act of transfer and reception of the completed works-2 copies
- Invoice, decorated in accordance with the legislation of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION
