Comments:
The subject and scope of the Call for Bidding
The list and scope of work to restore the heat-saving properties of cyclones item 0-32-1 and item0-32-2 in shop No. 61 of PJSC "Himprom" are indicated in defective statements No. 46660, 46661 or 47377, 47378:
1. Work on disassembly of old insulation;
2. Surface preparation works;
3. Works on thermal insulation of equipment;
The choice of the type and thickness of thermal insulation materials that provide the necessary performance properties according to regulatory documentation is up to the Contractor. When carrying out the work, the Contractor ensures the supply of basic and auxiliary materials, equipment, special equipment, machines and mechanisms necessary for the performance of the work. Loading and transportation of waste is included in the cost of the Contractor's work.
4. The working temperature of cyclones is 100 ° C.
5. The required operating temperature of the outer surface of the cyclone is 20 °C.
Requirements for the content and composition of the bid for participation in the Call for Bidding
The bid for participation in the Call for Bidding must contain the following documents:
1. Questionnaire of the Call for Bidding Bidder (in the form of Appendix No. 1 to this Bid Notice).
2. A copy of the document confirming the authority of the person to act on behalf of the Call for Bidding Bidder, except for the cases of signing the bid:
- an individual entrepreneur, if an individual entrepreneur is a Bidder of such a Call for Bidding;
- a person indicated in the unified State Register of Legal Entities as a person entitled to act on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (hereinafter referred to as the manager in this part of the Bid Notice), if the Bidder of such Call for Bidding is a legal entity;
3. Technical and commercial proposal (in the form of Appendix No. 2 to this Bid Notice);
4. Reference on human resources (in the form of Appendix No. 3);
5. Certificate of material and technical resources (in the form of Appendix No. 4).
6. Certificate of experience in performing similar (comparable to the subject of the contract) works in the amount of at least 3 executed contracts for the last 3 years preceding the date of submission of the bid for participation in this Call for Bidding. (in the form of Appendix No. 5 to this Bidden Notice). The Customer may request from the Call for Bidding Bidder the supporting documents (copies of executed contracts and copies of documents confirming the execution of contracts) specified in this certificate.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
