Unconditional acceptance of the draft contract for the supply of products of JSC "Izhstal".
Mandatory loading of the commercial offer by the participating organization.
The winner organization that does not have a valid agreement with "Izhstal" PJSC within three days will have to provide the documents necessary for the conclusion of the contract:
1. A copy of the extract from the Egrul, the Egrip on the counterparty issued by the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax code (not later than a month ago).
2. Copy of the decision on appointment of the head of the counterparty (minutes of meeting of participants (shareholders), decision of sole founder).
3. Copy of the Charter with the Mark FSN
4. Counterparty Questionnaire
5. Copies of powers of attorney for persons having the right to sign documents on behalf of the counterparty.
6. Copies of passports of the managers having the right of the first signature, in the absence of passport data in other documents.
7. A copy of the certificate of State registration of the counterparty (OGRN, OGRNEP).
8. Copy of the Certificate of Registration (TIN).
9. A copy of the VAT declaration (1, 2 sheets) or a copy of the statement with the FNS mark on the transition of the HSS or the NVD.
10. Certificate of absence of tax debts.

¬-The participant must be registered in the system;
-The offer must arrive at the e-mail address within 4 working hours before the deadline specified in the notice of acceptance of the offers with mandatory notification of the responsible person by phone.
The documents should be an official letter of appeal to the procurement organizer with a request to place an electronic version of his proposal and a waiver of any claims related to the fact that the offer in the system will not be placed by the participant.
