Comments:
Priority is selecting a provider at the lowest price, taking into account the cost of delivery to the warehouse of LLC "Omsktekhuglerod" on their cooperation on 100% payment upon receipt of the products at the buyer's warehouse on a model form of the contract buyer.
Only accepted the Treaty as amended by the purchaser without reports of disagreements.

For the convenience of registration quotes beg make KP in jeletronnom as well as its scan with signature and seal. After the deadline will be given 60 minutes to update the documentation.

Please note that this request is not a variant of bid invitation/auction/public offer and does not fall under articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Additionally we would like to draw your attention to the following information:

Section 8 of the regulations provides that a request for proposals is not an auction and not subject to the requirements of articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
