Payment terms:
Payment within 60 cd from the moment of signing the certificate of completion by cash, promissory note of JSC RUSAL Achinsk.
Delivery terms:
1. The minimum cost of services per unit.
2. Availability of permits and resources for the performance of work:
- the presence of SRO;
- availability of voluntary certification;
- the availability of human resources, trained personnel;
- experience in carrying out similar work over the past 3 years.
3. Terms of work: until 05/01/2020
4. Payment within 60 calendar days from the date of signing of the certificate of completion by cash, bill of exchange of RUSAL Achinsk JSC.
5. Quality assurance of work, services: from 36 months
6. Availability in the ownership of the company or under a lease of specialized machinery, equipment.
7. For failure to meet the deadlines for work, penalties are provided in the amount of not less than 20% of the cost of work performed.
8. Work in the wording of the contract of the customer.
9. The contractor is obliged to produce supporting documents upon request.

- the person who sent the offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been instituted against him;
- the selection participant has negative experience with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
