Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: 100% of the value of the goods – within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods from the carrier in the buyer's warehouse.
The
Delivery terms:supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and on its own to the buyer's warehouse. The participant of the procedure must have the status: Manufacturer, dealer or distributor. Certificate of origin of goods, availability of quality passport or other document certifying the quality of goods is presented together with the goods in the buyer's warehouse. The goods delivered must be new, not repaired. When the goods are shipped, the buyer must be notified of the copies: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier. Delivery of goods October-November 2018g. According to the buyer's needs.

"a mandatory condition for participation in the request for proposals and the conclusion of the supply agreement is the presence of the manufacturer's status or the existing dealer powers with the manufacturers. The status of the supplier must be immediately confirmed after the end of the procedure with the provision of the necessary electronic documents.
1. Conclusion of the contract only in the Standard edition of PJSC "South Kuzbass" "without a protocol of disagreement (see attachment).
2. Obligatory attachment to the system of the certificate of Conformity, permission to use, the certificate of the dealer, the commercial offer, with the indication of the delivery time and payment terms, reference-list!
3. Year of production not earlier than 2015!
4. The quantity can be changed in case of requisitions change.
5. This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability towards the participants.

For participants who have previously registered in the system, but have not received EDS and do not paid participation in the system, it is possible to download offers by the organizer of the request price on behalf of the participant. There are three documents required for this purpose:
- Offer (commercial offer) certified by the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Organization;
- A document establishing the right to act on behalf of a participant (e.g. power of attorney);
- Letter rejecting further claims on the occasion that the offer is submitted to the bidding not by the participant (in free form on the letterhead of the company with the signature of the authorized person).
You must specify the procedure number in the subject line.

Acceptance of offers to the email address is completed within 6 hours before the end of the procedure, the loading of bids for bids is possible up to 4 hours before the end.
