Auto-extension

Comments:
1. Delivery time is until June 30, 2023.
2. All prices in the offer must include the cost of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
3. Downloading the commercial offer is MANDATORY, price changes after the end of the submission of applications are not allowed.
4. We especially draw your attention to the fact that the supplied goods must be manufactured no earlier than 2020, not used. A mandatory requirement for delivery is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods.
5. The conclusion of the contract is made in the editorial office of JSC "EVRAZ Metal Inprom".
6. At the conclusion of the contract, the following set of documents must be provided. The package of documents must be provided in full.
- Company card;
- Charter and amendments thereto;
- A copy of the certificate of state registration (OGRN);
- A copy of the certificate of tax registration;
- A copy of the certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (for contractors – individual entrepreneurs);
- Current extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities/EGRIP for the last 3 months;
- Permits - certificates, licenses and permits (if available);
- Documents confirming the powers of the signatory of the contract on the part of the counterparty;
- Certificate on the fulfillment of the obligation to pay taxes – code according to the CND 1120101. The date of issue of the certificate is not more than 1 month;
- information about the number – the code according to the CND 1110018 for the last 3 calendar years
- copies of documents confirming the location certified by the seal of the organization (if any) and signed by the head of the organization: Lease agreement and/or certificate of ownership (warehouse +office);
- Accounting statements for the last 3 calendar years with a note from the tax authorities on acceptance:
* Form 0710001 by OKUD – Balance sheet;
* OKUD Form 0710002 – Financial Results Report;
- Financial (Management) statements for the last reporting date (quarter) signed by the head of the organization, stamped (if available):
* Form 0710001 for OKUD – Balance sheet;
* OKUD Form 0710002 – Financial Results Report;
- a copy of the VAT Declaration for the last reporting period, certified by the seal of the organization (if any) and signed by the head of the organization, with a note of acceptance by the tax authorities.
Documents must be submitted in pdf format within 3 working days from the date of the end of the submission of applications.
7. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
