Comments:
The technical and commercial proposal must strictly comply with the data indicated on the electronic site. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TCH and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form has priority. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TCH will be rejected. It is also necessary to complete and attach Appendices 2-7 and consider the standard form of the contract (Appendix 8).
Management Company METALLOINVEST LLC uses electronic document management (EDM) with its partners and clients in the Diadoc system (http://www.diadoc.ru) of SKB Kontur. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference can be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems. (Appendix 9)
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be removed from participation in the Purchase, and if the inaccuracy of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Agreement, such Agreement may be terminated.
The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after the selection of the Winner.
