Comments: 1. To participate in the request please prepare: - the offer, in accordance with the requirements attached to TK, - questionnaire according to the attached template. 2. This procedure is not a competition, it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061, part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer. 3. The purchase of the additional website platform CSG ETP No. 836 (in case if it is not possible to host the IPS on the site B2b). Results can be published in one of the two platforms.
Venue of bidding:	This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
