Payment terms:Payment Terms: 40% prepayment of the contract value, the rest after signing the act of acceptance of the executed works.
Delivery terms:of the front of the CSG (ul. Mill, 31.), with the installation of the façade in 2 stages:
1. Installation of thermal insulation and the device of plaster-reinforcing layer 35 calendar days (September-November 2018g).
2. Drawing of plaster-decorative mixes and colouring of 15 calendar days (April-May 2019g. At daily temperature not less than + 5 °c)

Comments:
1. To participate in the request, please prepare:
- Commercial offer, according to the requirements of the Technical Specification (Section 5),
- Fill in the Appendix № 1 to the technical specification,
- Fill in the form according to the attached template.

This procedure is not a contest, its conduct is not regulated by articles 447 – 449 of the first Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 part of the second Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
