In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. BE SURE to provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation.
