Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment terms as agreed by the parties. Preference for suppliers that have offered deferred payment not less than 30 days.
Delivery terms:
Pickup Buyer from supplier's warehouse.
Supplier products shall be delivered in a single or multiple consignments according to the buyer's request.
The price of the products in the offer shall be indicated in rubles per 1 rouble (without kopecks).
Merchandise must be in new, undamaged, in a package suitable for transportation.
Indication of the producer of the goods required.
Making requisition of passport/certificate of the product required.
Provision of guarantees for the products required.
If the supplier of the goods is the dealer must submit requisition dealership agreement.
Delivery time is determined by agreement of the parties.
Should indicate the specific time of delivery from the moment of conclusion of the contract (10 days/30 days, etc.)
