Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment is made by transfer of funds to the account of the supplier, within 63 days from the date of delivery.
Delivery terms:delivery is carried out by two equal installments within a month, from the moment of signature of the specification. Delivery time: 10 days. The cost of delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Volgograd is included in the cost of production.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. To their proposals in electronic form to participants of this procedure IT IS NECESSARY to attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents according to the list, simultaneously with submission of the offer and the file in the form of scanned copy of its Commercial proposal signed by the authorized person and stamped by the organization-participant of this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or distributor (supporting documents the participant provides simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of production shall be unchanged for the whole period of delivery (written confirmation).
5. BE SURE to provide certificates and quality passports, technical documentation.

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
