Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment is made by the customer in the following order:
Payment for executed and accepted works is made monthly on the basis of invoice within 60 (sixty) days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on acceptance of executed works (form KS-2) and certificates on cost of performed works and expenses ( Form KS-3).
The customer has the right not to pay 5 (five)% of the cost of monthly executed and accepted works till the date of signing by both parties of the acceptance certificate of the completed construction object. This amount (amount) provides the contractor's obligations to eliminate defects
Delivery terms:in accordance with the work plan (annex 4) and provided with "Windows" for the production of works, according to the program produced and the loading of shops
