Comments:
Legal entities are allowed to conclude the contract:
- carrying out economic activity for at least 1 (one) calendar year;
- having revenue for the previous reporting period comparable to the amount of the proposed transaction (the transaction amount is not more than 50% of the revenue);
- having no effective decisions of the Federal Tax Service on the suspension of transactions on taxpayer accounts, except in cases when payment in full is made after the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty (subsequent payment);
- not being in liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings.

Provide with a commercial offer:
1.The installation of the elevator is carried out by an organization that has the right established by national legislation (admission, license, permit, etc.) to perform these types of work.
2. The organization carrying out the installation of the elevator must have the necessary material and technical base (necessary production equipment, measuring instruments, tools and personal protective equipment, etc.) and qualified personnel to perform these types of work, taking into account the technical complexity of the equipment being installed.
3.SRO for the installation of elevator equipment.
Without these documents, the commercial offer will not be considered
