Comments: The procurement procedure is carried out in 1 (one) stage on the electronic platform "B2B-Center".
As part of the procedure, each participant must fill out and upload by 17.00h (Moscow time) on December 26, 2022 all the documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements [04 Compliance Questionnaire.xlsx].
Attention! Participants who have not sent a full package of documents through the B2B-Center system or who have sent documents filled out incorrectly, as well as Participants who do not meet at least one of the criteria given in Appendix [04 Compliance Questionnaire.xlsx], are not allowed to the 2nd stage of the procedure and do not participate in the further selection.
Please also note that all applications are accepted ONLY through the B2B ETP, and ONLY within the specified period.
Questions within the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted until 17:00h (Moscow time) on December 26, 2022 (questions can be sent by e-mail konkurs.transport@x5.ru , as well as post it on the e-site in the "Explanations" section).
