Prices are fixed for the entire period of the agreement (1 year) in Russian rubles. Payment is made 10 calendar days after shipment in Russian rubles by cashless transfer of funds to the current account X5.
In case of delay in payment, violation of the expiration date, X5 has the right to demand from the CA to pay a penalty in the amount of 0.1% of the cost of the used equipment for each day of delay.

The Contest being held is a Request for Proposals (an invitation to make offers).
Procedure and conditions of participation The announcement of the sale will be carried out in accordance with the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference.
The trading venue is the b2b-center.ru electronic trading system. Participation in these auctions is free of charge.
A prerequisite for participation in the tender is to attach the final offer based on the results of the tender (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization), indicating: prices for each lot in RUBLES excluding VAT.
When submitting a price, the participant must attach:
- regulations, certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization (Appendix No. 5 of the documentation).
- completed KP form (Appendix No. 1 of the tender documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading the documents to the E-Marketplace;
- a completed application form (Appendix No. 4 of the tender documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading the documents to the ETP;
- the counterparty card (Appendix No. 2 of the tender documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading the documents to the ETP;
- letter - agreement with the terms of reference and readiness to sign a standard form of the contract without a protocol of disagreements (in free form, on the company's letterhead) by uploading documents to the ETP;
- commercial offer on letterhead indicating the price without VAT, payment terms (100% prepayment) and delivery terms (self-pickup).
The organizer of the procedure reserves the right to conduct rebidding. Correction of documentation forms (adding / deleting lines, changing wording) by the Participants is not allowed.
