We invite you to take part in the Request for proposals: The choice of spacecraft for the manufacture of new parts and the restoration of worn components and assemblies of cutting and packaging equipment.
The Competition being held is not a Competition (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is an invitation to make offers.

The procedure and conditions for participation in the request for proposals

Participation in this request for proposals is free of charge.

The request for proposals will be conducted according to the Application Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the TOR.

The request for proposals will be held from 01.06.23 to 15:00 on 13.06.23 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the regular time.

To participate in this stage, you need to send:
• Agreement with the TOR and willingness to sign the standard form of the Customer's contract, in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Bidding regulations in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Questionnaire "Qualification requirements" (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• If the Company is on a simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading the documents to the ETP;
• Attention! It is necessary to carry out a visit to the object, carried out before submitting an offer on the site.
