We invite you to take part in the Request for Proposals: The choice of a contractual counterparty for the provision of services for the maintenance of systems and fire protection equipment at the BE X5 Food facilities

The ongoing Competition is not a Competition (a form of competitive bidding process) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is an invitation to make offers.

Procedure and conditions of participation in the request for proposals
The venue of the request for proposals is the electronic Competitive bidding Process system b2b-center.ru

Participation in this request for proposals is free of charge.

The request for proposals will be conducted in accordance with Annex. No. 7 to the Requirements Specification. The Bidder's bid -TORO SPPZ objects BE X5 Food 24-25 in accordance with the Requirements Specification.

The request for proposals will be held from 05/20/24 to 15:00 on 05/30/24 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the regular time.

To participate in this stage, you need to send:
• Agreement with the Requirements Specification and willingness to sign the standard form of the Customer's contract, in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading the documents to the E-Marketplaces;
• Competitive Bidding Process regulations in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplaces;
• Questionnaire "Qualification requirements" (Appendix no. 2) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading the documents to the E-Marketplace;
• A counterparty card in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
• Adj. No. 7 to the Requirements Specification. The Bidder's bid - TORO SPPZ of BE X5 Food 24-25 objects in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace;
• Consent of the competitive Bidding Process of the Contractual Counterparty in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the E-Marketplace.
Please note: In Adj. No. 7 to the Requirements Specification. The Bidder's bid -TORO SPPZ of BE X5 Food 24-25 objects is subject to filling in all items including item 2 - Equipment (2.1.) and Works (2.2.) in case of modernization and repair of SPPZ.
The commercial offer must be valid for at least one year from the date of the request for proposals.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
